Rates are rocking today
I think this is going to be a great December for interest rates. If you have a higher rate(6.0% and above), call me and lets see if we can do a no cost refinance! It's a great time to refinance right before Christmas. Get some cash out to payoff debts, or simply lower your interest rate and save you money every month.. You can also go to my site www.athertonmortgage.com/jt and at the top, there is a Track A Rate button. Click on that, input your information and it will automatically let me know when rates are low enough to refinance...

JT I am carlys friend from highschool. My hubby and I are thinking about rolling our 2 mortgages into one now that the rates are way low and were hoping you can help us out, even down here in Orem?
