I have decided to add another aspect to my mortgage business. Over the past 1 1/2 years I have learned how important it is to protect our family’s assets and to prepare if something were to happen. My father passed away 1 1/2 years ago. It was something that was not planned and he didn’t have a will, trust, life insurance, or anything to protect his assets. I am still working on getting the estate closed and all of his assets that he worked hard for to leave his children have been drained in probate.
