Boston made the local news (FOX13) Saturday night. He is soooooooooooooooooo cute in the video; it makes me smile every time. The footage of me is ridiculous..but who cares about the Mom anyway right? Boston wants to watch himself over and over and keeps asking where's Jocey's video? Man I love this kid!!

Hi Carly, I appreciate your comment on my post, you made a great point, since Autism is a spectrum disorder, I realize that there are many different scales and severities. I only know mine and I have an 8 yr old, and a 6 yr old that fit the catagory I spoke of. I should have stated in my "rant" that the #'s included less severe, higher functioning children. My children are very smart as well, however they are non verbal, and are not potty trained. I get frusterated beyond belief and it seems that there is very little help out there. I am usually a very positive person and I love my children very much, I feel that I am doing the very best I can, while also trying to be a good mother to my other two "typical" children.
Where did you get a diagnosis for your son at such an early age? Our children were in early intervention from the time they were born and we couldn't get anyone to diagnos their disability until they were much older.....Although now that we have an "official" dx for our daughter, I wish that we didn't because now she is "uninsurable", UGH!
Wow that is awesome!! Boston is adorable. That is funny that he loves watching himself on TV..what kid would not want to feel like a superstar? You look beautiful too! Amazing momma!
