The Week at Grandma and Grandpa's

We returned home last night from spending 9 days in St. George. It was so wonderful to hang out with my Mom and sister and Boston has found a great friend in Grandpa Joel. Now Boston has always been a Momma's boy; he wails and screams and starts wiggling his little 23lb body with all his might. You'd think he was being kidnapped, but not when Grandpa wants to hold him. I don't know if he had a lot of candy in his pocket or what, but they did everything together. Grandpa took Boston to feed the cows and horses every day and we listened to him "MMMOOOO" all the way home!! They went to the St. George airport to see the planes come in. (Boston is fasinated with planes, so this was a real treat!) Just ask him what the airplane says, he knows! JT went to California for a few days to see his Dad and twin brother and then we met up in Las Vegas. It was oh so nice to sleep in and not here the precious sounds of Momma, Daddy at 6am!! We really enjoyed ourselves and I think Boston did just fine with out us for one day. Grandma took him to a little market where they bought apples and jam (Boston loved the peppers and wanted to pick one of each color!) Grandma also took Boston to Christiansen's to buy squeeky shoes!! If you haven't seen them, just come over to our house and you can hear them for yourself!! Another highlight was taking Boston and cousin Jack (Hayley's sweet little 4 month old boy!) to go get pictures at Kiddie Kandids. Getting a toddler and an infant to behaive at the same time is nearly impossible so to make a long story short we had to take a lunch break in the middle of the session but Jack was so cute even though Boston pushed him over and he had to show him just where to place his head! Boston also loved walking around Kiddie Kandids in his White Tiger Halloween costume as he tapped and made blow fishes on the windows! I think they were happy to see us leave, but the pictures turned out darling. Speaking of pictures, I forgot my camera!! Hopefully I can get the Kiddie Kandid's pic's on here though and Grandpa Joel took some darling footage of Boston eating Grandma's homemade scones with boysenberry jam; he enjoyed every bite!! It was also great to see my little (but not so little!) bro. Josh. We picked him up in Cedar City and took him back home on our way home. He's the king of scarey movies and we watched Hide and Seek on Friday night. I'd definately recommend it if your in the mood to dive into your significant other and partially cover your eyes a lot!!

Boston was really cute when we got home. He was so excited to see all his stuff and he walked around our house rediscovering everything! He also slept better last night than he did the entire time we were in St. George. So, thanks a million to my parents for keeping us for over a week. We enjoyed every minute of it, but there's nothing like Home Sweet Home!

I'll post the few pics and video's we took ASAP.
